Optimised Password Security

To ensure the best experience for all our users, our password strength policy has been optimized.

Your new password needs to comply with the following:

Be at least 8 characters long
Contain at least : 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol such as ` : ~ ! @ # );
You can update your password at anytime by signing in and going to: https://www.zookap.com/settings

Update Password

You can modify your password at anytime from the settings section.

Sign in to your account by clicking the sign in link at the top right hand corner of the page
from the left side bar click the settings icon
You will have access to your security settings: https://www.zookap.com/settings

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password when signing in, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link and we'll send you an email link enabling you to reset your password correctly.

Modify Email Address

You can modify your email address from the settings section once you sign in at: https://www.zookap.com/settings
